Creatine anabolic effects

In creatine supplementation, there are two phases: namely loading phase and maintenance period. As the name implies, the loading phase simply means to nourish the muscles with creatine by taking up to 300 grams per day. It is crucial to provide large doses of fluids during the loading phase by taking water or non-acidic fruit juice into the equation. The loading period typically runs from four to seven days which is then followed by regular intake of up to 15 grams of creatine per day that which is called the maintenance period. There is no need to add more creatine after the loading phase, as the first seven days are already saturated with creatine. The creatine levels will remain high so long as you stay physically active, performing weight training routines on a daily basis.

If these conditions are not met, then I do not believe that creatine supplementation would be appropriate unless prescribed by their physician. To me, this is no different than teaching young athletes' proper training and dietary strategies to optimize performance. Creatine is not a panacea or short cut to athletic success. It can, however, offer some benefits to optimize training of athletes involved in intense exercise in a similar manner that ingesting a high carbohydrate diet, sports drinks, and/or carbohydrate loading can optimize performance of an endurance athlete.

I used creatine 8 or so years ago, had great gains, ( it was the exact same product then & dont tell me its gotten better becasue its effervescent or some .) But I also had a frequent & uncomfortable need to urinate that was NOT just from consuming extra liquid, but from my kidneys being put on overload & doing damage to them with this stuff. I drank plenty of water, took a little less than the recommended dose & was having the urination problem for years after the use of creatine… I also was very short tempered with my family & young kids at the time I took it as it altered my mood.
I also have a friend who underwent a kidney transplant, that if he didnt get, he would have died . the reason for his kidney failure was creatine & he would tell you to stay far away from it as it almost costed him his life. This stuff is absolutely no good-

As you’ll be well aware as a regular listener of the podcasts/reader of this website, creatine provides rapid energy substrate to skeletal tissue, and by doing so assist in athletic performance. That part is pretty much unquestionable. It does so via a number of mechanisms including augmentation of muscle strength and power output, high-intensity tolerance and cognitive abilities amongst many other performance-related variables. Creatine is one of the most popular and robustly studied supplements in athletic populations. Its efficacy is pretty much undisputed.

Very little really surprises me on the sports supplement market nowadays as I’ve honestly tried it all before and the fact that I rarely use any one product twice should tell you all you need to know. I admit I was initially drawn to Testo Extreme Anabolic by the unique approach it takes to muscular development and I thought it would be fun and interesting as I have not seen anything like this product before. I’m now on my third course using the Testo and Decacore Creatine combo and have consistantly seen improvements in my workouts and physique with each course! My advice? When you finally find something that works for you, stick with it!
