Kenalog in blood - Derby et al. "Size and aggregation of corticosteroids used for epidural injections"

  • Depo-Medrol also formed large aggregations in the study by Tiso et al [6]
  • Celestone Soluspan formed large aggregations only in the Derby et al study  [7 ]
  • It is speculated that these large aggregates occlude smaller vessels, and thus lead to infarction .

Roxanne Darling of Beachwalks with Rox does an excellent job of demonstrating a variety of stretches from the hard to the easy. For those without pain, you may carefully follow Rox's example of the stair stretch if you'd like. If you have pain, skip the stair stretch for now. Start with the straight leg, wall stretch and about 3 weeks - 4 weeks later add the bent knee variation. Read this article in its entirety. In the meantime, if you need a little downtime and some chilling, visit Beachwalks With Rox for words of wisdom, thought and relaxation.

Lolol..well if "misery loves company" can be helpful then I'm glad but it usually isn't such a great thing. However, it does help to vent and talk to others who know you aren't exaggerating your pain. I wish we could help to heal each other...then I would really be thankful. Maybe we will huh? We will keep each other informed and hopefully we can find ways to ease the pain. My Dr won't give pain meds!!! I think I should own stock in a the Makers of Advil bc that's what I take all the time...it doesn't take the pain but it does seem to round the pointed corners sometimes...just barely takes the edge off. We will talk more my friend.....

I started with left ankle and knee pain just over a year ago which has eased off but now I have plantar faciitis in my left foot and I am noticing pain in my right hip . Your advice re plantar faciitis makes so much sense and its the first time in all my research that I have resonated with the cause and treatment. Stretching has just not worked. I’m up for strenghtening with picking things up with my toes. And also, my job has been far more stressful than I can handle for far too long and I as am aiming to take a month off after next week – I feel that I am now on the right track.
Thankyou for your advice – it makes so much sense – at last.
